Safety isn't about drowning in paperwork. It's about keeping people out of harm's way. You can have all the forms in the world. But if people aren't on board with a safety mindset, it's like having a map without a compass... You might know the route, but staying on it depends on everyone navigating together. It's about people watching each other's backs. Engaging and having open and honest conversations. Let's face it... A checklist won't catch you if you slip and stumble. But a caring colleague might just save the day. It's not about all those safety procedures. And there are no shortcuts. People make safety happen. Paperwork simply documents it.
