@2much_flavour @Asa_Sigoxo Not true as well. They can still be inflated under contract. The issue here is Collusion no matter whether it is RFQ or Contract.

There is a full 233 page affidavit by Lt General Mfazi detailing how Keith Keating's company FDA captured SAPS by illegally buying government owned software for a total R1, 4 million then went on to loot R50 billion from SAPS over the past 20 years using this illegally bought software that was developed by government, the biggest corruption cartel in SAPS history. Keith Keating owns all SAPS critical software systems from the Firearms Permit System, the Forensic Evidence Recording System, the Fingerprints Database System & Organised Crime Intelligence System, so Keith Keating owns SAPS, not government. Lt General Mfazi's affidavit includes all documented proof of fraudulent tender documents, illegal contracts, email communications, everything & I will be publishing all of it IMMEDIATELY...

@AmukelaniMoyani @CyrilRamaphosa Tenders have always been there before slay queens so tenders are not the problem, the problem came when black people started getting greedy and corrupt. Leading to less job opportunities and ways to make money thus the rise of Slay Queens and prostitution.

@edwilljfourie @Simphiwe3202 @ISephara @madubula75 My problem is that society is focused on only black people calling them looters while in actual fact it started a long time ago by white monopolies for decades, so in conclusion looting should be sanctioned across the board for everyone. Then we can prosper as a nation.

@2much_flavour @Simphiwe3202 @ISephara @madubula75 So Blacks should rather celebrate corruption & call this Black Excellence, while people are dying in hospitals because money for critical & life saving equipment have been LOOTED, taxpayers are being overcharged because municipal employees are colluding with tender kingpins etc.

Meet Siyabonga Nkosi, who in just two years of doing business with Eskom he earned more than R17 million. He overcharged Eskom for relays. Each relay is R450, however Nkosi charged Eskom R50 000 each relay, meaning he made 11000% profit. He used 3 different companies, and did the same action with each company. Each company made more than R5 million profit from only R5 000 of work

Special Investigating Unit (SIU)
#KnowYourSIU| 1. The SIU does not target people nor do we investigate people. We investigate procurement processes in State Institutions and all levels of government departments, and it's through these processes that we find people who are responsible. In simple terms, we follow the money and the money leads us to people. 2. The law that governs the SIU states that the SIU does not identify its own investigations. We receive allegations, which we then assess to see if falls within our mandate, and we write a motivation for a proclamation to the President for authorisation. We rely on whistleblowers or people reporting to our hotline, which is 0800 037 774.

Why the SIU is suddenly targeting high-profile influencers?

My people let’s have a quick conversation. I have noticed something; after all this corruption and the money is flowing why do you just buy cars? Like seriously, what’s the psychology behind this type of corruption. You took all that money just to buy cars? Holidays and clothes? That’s all you did?

Black South Africans are 80% of the population. White South Africans are 7.8% of thw population but own 80% of the land and money. The rich people who own the whole country have convinced black south Africans that Migrants who make up just 4% of the population are the reason they are broke. Divide and Rule is alive and well in SA.
Culton Scovia Nakamya@CultonScovia

A South African going against a Ghanian is such a shock. This is xenophobia dressed up as protecting the country. Blaming migrants won’t fix whatever you are fighting for. This is stupidity and a failure of humanity.

I do hate how these corruption scandals adds to the stigma around doing business with government. The state is one of the biggest procurers of work in most major economies.Every major business globally does business with government but in SA it becomes stigmatised and we know why.

When will the Hawks start arresting corrupt white tenderpreneurs? The bulk of the state procurement is dominated by them. They seem exempted from prosecution for some reason. When caught, they are asked to repay their loot and no one goes to prison. However, corrupt black tenderpreneurs get paraded as the face of corruption and face prosecution. They must all be arrested.
