With all the crazy news lately it would be easy to miss the fact that the Trump DOJ/ATF just filed a document in court last week using flowery lawyer language to say "we still think guns with pistol braces on them are legally SBRs and we will prosecute Americans who own them and put them in prison for 10 years per offense." Yes, I know they lost the "brace rule" legal battle and I've made multiple videos on it since 2023 but that doesn't seem to be a concern to them. Plan accordingly (buy all the braced pistols you want 🦅)... #brace #AR15 #AR9 #PCC #2nd #2a

Bro? We can’t even buy a real AR15 in NJ. But to buy one of NJ Democrats castrated versions of such, we need a 2C:58-3b Firearm’s Purchaser Identification Card that we can only get after paying $66 for fingerprints to IdentoGo, submitting 2 references, taking a safety course, signing an SP066 mental health investigation consent form, paying another $50 licensing fee for the Card and then another $16 for the FEDERAL NICS background check at the point of purchase. It is not even INSTANT as the acronym suggests but the wait time on the NICS coming back from the State Police is running 3-5 days. So check yourself with this outlandish comparison. It makes your entire argument look concocted.

Anti-gun activists need you to be stupid. @Triggerology_FT bringing up Operation Fast and Furious(US government allowing gun running to Mexico) is news to some people because they only remember the last propaganda update and delete from their memory anything that came before.

Gavin Newsom passed a law to attack the First Amendment because he was mad about a .22lr rifle that was meant for junior shooters. That little stunt has cost California taxpayers over a million dollars, not including whatever CADOJ spent on their own lawyers. $350k to SAF, $550k to the CRPA coalition of plaintiffs in the same lawsuit, and another $480k in the parallel Safari Club International case on the same issues. Will Newsom apologize to taxpayers for this waste? We appreciate your contribution, idiot.

@M_R_Indy @MajToure History tells us government is responsible for more deaths than mass shootings. People who put flags on their profile haven't been shown to do anything for victims of race based or any attacks. So our options are defend ourselves or listen to people who can't defend anyone.

"Can we have an honest conversations about gun control?" Honest conversation about the 2nd Amendment is impossible with people who don't have a basic grasp of self defense. Him not understanding the magnitude of additional risk it takes to stab an armed terrorist is pathetic.

"Lol Dems are so dumb, don't they know their bans just cause panic buying? Millions more guns and mags are sold than would have been without the ban!" Hard truth: They know and don't care. This is about destroying gun culture long term. YOU will have your guns and mags, but those who are not yet into shooting (or too young) will be denied them. Same reason why "I will not comply" is not enough. Ya, go ahead and have your secret gun collection that your kids or grandkids will turn in once you die. Some "win." By all means, buy guns ahead of bans. I'm not saying not to. Do stock up while you can. But that defiance is not enough on its own. We have to continue actively winning the culture, and that includes defeating the dozen or so states that have AWBs or will soon.
