It’s not invalidating for people to remind you that you’re stronger than you behave or believe. Often, people get lost in traumatic experiences and disappointment and get stuck in the first stage of healing which is the recognising what has happened to you was bad and you didn’t deserve it. Next stage is figuring out whether you wanna be a victim or victor. And people pushing you towards victor is not taking away what you’ve been through, but what you’ve been through shouldn’t be your whole story. You’re giving away your power. It’s crippling.

so tired of false promises, like just be honest. stop leading people on to friendship if you dont even commit the energy, no one is worth begging for interaction and attention in any friendship. it should always be mutual love for wanting to make memories and fun times w/ some1

It is hard for people to face their insecurities. It is easier to blame it on someone. Backstab. Cancel. It is way harder to f*cking own your sh*t. For a new generation that has yet to face all the consequences related to AI - learn to look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, what is it in me that leads to these outcomes? Trust me.
