I know everyone takes these Packers games personally but the opponent doesn't really matter. This season is about Fields' development and there were many positive signs today. He just needs to keep stacking the positives, week-by-week.

Kind of amazing how fantasy talk has permeated actual NFL talk. I have heard a dozen times this week the Bears haven’t begun utilizing Justin Fields as a runner yet. Fields is NOT a runner. He’s NEVER been a runner. He’s a big-armed QB who uses his mobility when necessary.

Matt Nagy was already in hot water before this. Now he's making Justin Fields look completely inept. That is hard to do. #Bears

Bears Win! Bears Win! Between that and the Fields era starting, this is literally the best you could have hoped for from the Bears today.

Right now is a moment to be 100% positive as a Bears fan. (1) They won. (2) Fields is in now. (3) The defense played like they give a shit. This can be a fun season.

Trey Lance’s first pass of his NFL career comes in the first quarter of his first game AND GOES FOR A TOUCHDOWN and the Bears have convinced so many of you Justin Fields should sit for Andy Dalton. It’s infuriating.
