I'm with you on this. It's not that I'm against the word 'mate' or what it means. But if we really have to use 'Xnghan' and 'Mate' together, 'Xnghan’s Mate' makes more sense, that’s the way to avoid confusion. The '&' works for 'Xnghan & Xoul' because the group is composed of Xnghan AND Xoul. But for 'Xnghan & Mate', it feels off, because the fans are US, he's not included. 'Xnghan’s Mate' is way better for when we introduce ourselves. Otherwise, when he greets us, it would feel like he's greeting himself and us, which is just a bit weird. But yeah….😅

@2nd_chance___ i thought we’d be called Xnghan’s mate... and when he says hi, it’d be like, “hi, mates!” honestly, it’s kinda silly, but yeah… also if you combine his partner’s name with ours, it becomes Xnghan&xoulmate (?)

It's not ‘Mate’, it's ‘XngHan & Mate’. I don't get it, why is his own name part of the fandom name? Like, someone asks us, ‘Who are you?’ and we’d reply, ‘I’m XngHan & Mate.’ And whenever he says hi to us, it’s ‘Hello, XngHan & Mate.’ Seriously, wth is this???? It’s not even a question of whether it’s creative or not, it literally makes zero sense.
