@DC_Gurugram I applied online (without the need to appear in person) vide appln no 3879623724 exactly 1 month before expiry of my Driving Licence, on 19Oct24. It's been over a month, and there is no movement of the status on my application - still stuck on 'scrutiny'.

This isn't the first time it's happened. I'm a customer since 8 years and am fed up with the abysmal customer service Ive been getting. Concerned store is Gurgaon Metropolitan Mall.
