@PKendrickWIG I’m not sure how the last bit stakes up. It’s sold and the owners can do what they want, they own it. They can promise but don’t need to deliver. They also invest more, convert to shares and the Danson stake goes down. #wafc

Doesn’t say much cos it can’t. They don’t want to invest significant monies so if they do sell 51% they will have limited influence. If someone comes in and invests and they don’t then their stake will be diluted further. They do have control who they sell to, to protect them.

@WhiteHorseFinal @OnTheBeach1932 @PKendrickWIG Not sure about the rugby club bit regards income , but certainly the new stadium co. Rent will most likely be market rate significantly higher than the rugby will have paid Mr Whelan et al. We always knew it was about protection.
