@Lumos_Writer ??? i'm talking about the rivalry bakugo sees deku as his number one rival.. he was thinking about the distance between them in the moments before his death, and he was chasing deku's shadow in the middle of the biggest battle kiri ranked 12th but bakugo never saw him as a rival

@2vveto This is false because we already gave canon admittance from the characters themselves that it was Kirishima that provided the challenge to his pride enough to be able to grow. This is why Izuku himself even states that hes not as close to Katsuki as Eijiro is. Try again.

@dreamsxilor good then there's no contradiction discrimination, physical violence, and insults all belong in the same category: "bullying" what i was talking about on the other hand was "psychological analysis" katsuki's behavior wasn't simply explained by "he was quirkless" that's all✌🏻😗

@2vveto im not saying its an /excuse/ people are using, but people are saying that's the reason WHY and aren't understanding the actual point of the argument; despite the reason, katsuki made direct comments on izukus quirklessness, so he's being discriminatory towards him no matter what

i think people don't understand that even if it was born from something else (in this case, his insecurity and inferiority complex), the way katsuki displayed and acted towards izuku is still discriminatory, especially with his comments directly about izukus wuirklessness

@dreamsxilor fair enough but when someone says"he did that cuz of his jealousy toward deku and cuz he believed deku looked down on him" that's not an excuse it's an analysis of the deeper emotions behind his behavior and then what are we supposed to do with that damn river scene🌚

@2vveto i.. never said discrimination was worse than bullying, and bullying is obviously wrong no matter the reason. my point was that no matter the reason FOR the bullying, katsuki made directly discrimatory comments on izukus quirklessness, which makes him discrimatory no matter what.

@Lumos_Writer first i'm a bakugo fan not a shipper second i think it's more appropriate to view these characters as heroes not as teenagers on some dating show third based on my own analysis i think bakugo and deku have the deepest relationship because of their rivalry and all might's legacy
