why did i let myself get so fucking FAT 💔

I have been doing maintenance and working out more. I gained 2lbs this week.

I haven’t done a fast in probably 2 years. Idk how I use to go 3 days.

I can’t get myself to do anything but lay around and let my depression take over

Calisthenics is not for the weak. I did a 30 min workout video Monday afternoon and haven’t fully recovered yet.

I’m so sick I can barely eat, and my bf got into a bad wreck and fractured a vertebrae and I have to take care of him while going to school full time. I haven’t gotten myself to eat a full meal in 4 days. Maybe a total of 1500 cals the past 4 days. Honeymoon might be back.

Looking through my weight loss photos and it’s triggering me but not enough. I need to fast for a week 😭

Getting my purging but not bingeing under control has made me feel revolting

I got into a road rage fight that went back and forth for 30 min, and almost rear ended two different people today. (wasn’t even the guy I was road raging with) - i don’t have anywhere else to post and I have no one two talk too lol

Haven’t gained much more weight but I feel revolting every day. The scale is lying, I can’t be 193lbs when I look like 300lbs. Why can’t I get myself to lock in.

I’m so weak and heavy right now. I don’t even want to know my muscle to fat ratio. 190lbs. I feel so disgusted I gained so much weight.
