Has anyone's period actually become more frequent/longer the more weight you lose? I've just gone 6 weeks without a period, bled for two weeks, had a week off, and now it's back with a vengeance

@noriricals I'm pretty sure you can love your period at any bmi, it's more to do with nutrition and stress on the body I think. Personally though my period has gotten way more frequent the more weight I lose - mines been going for three weeks so far 😠

@livefstdiey0ung @pissangelivlis As someone who has worked with vulnerable children in similar positions, this is a disgusting thing to say. This is a harmful coping strategy the same was starving or cutting yourself is, and should be treated with the same kindness and empathy.

@meeekina3 Scratch that I'm definitely happier than I was and my body image has improved ridiculously, but I wouldn't exactly say I'm happy now.

@meeekina3 Everything I do in my day is structured around my ed. And I choose to go out for fun, it'll have to be carefully slotted around my meals and only ever because I want to distract myself from eating, never because I first and foremost want to do it.

@skinny_s0ul watching this video makes me tear up idk 😭😭 no one ever actually wants to eat like that but she can’t control it and it makes me so sad because clearly she’s not being taken seriously and I just know that the TikTok comments are making fun of her not understanding

@tare_patricia @luvr_of_candy @skinny_s0ul Because she's a real person with thoughts and feelings, not a puppet for your entertainment. Shame doesn't help someone with binge eating issues, it only exacerbates the self destructive behaviours.

@Mrredbutton7898 @tiredcosmonaut @skinny_s0ul Do you hear yourself? None of what you're saying is helpful. This is a someone obviously struggling, no one is denying that. But there's an appropriate way to speak to a someone, and calling them a 'nasty slob' for trying to cope with whatever's going on definitely isn't that.
