New release : Calvados Single Cask Michel Huard of 10 years . A quintessential traditional Calvados, distilled with a small travelling column still. After ten years of aging, it's an intense and profound concentrate of Normandie's terroir.

Mulled Cider : For 2 people, mix 60 ml Double Jus, 200 ml Cider, 40 ml Honey, 40 ml Lime Juice, 1 Clove, 1 Star Anise, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 4 Green Cardamom Pods. Pour everything in a kettle and cook softly for 30 min. Serve in a stem glass. Garnish with a long orange peel.
