Tape Drills are great to get athletes to power out of the blocks. Too many sprinters rush to through the acceleration phase in sprints. Coach Vince Anderson preaches that the longer the race, the longer the acceleration. Press On!

Most missed in sprinting… hip flexor. Hip flexors are used for hip flexion or bringing the knee up. Strong hip flexor=greater speed, PLUS lead to greater speed over distance by maintaining your stride. the thigh with each step. Results is more power-explosive-acceleration

Controlling the tempo in a lift/exercise a change everything including intent and intensity. The @kneeovertoesguy programs not only volume and Rep differences but tempos as well. Tempo is REALLY helpful in rehab and prehab to dig into those muscle fibers to change and protect.

Weighted Butterfly’s are awesome for working on hip flexibility, mobility and great to strengthen groin muscles. There are several muscles in the groin. Work the abductors when going up concentrically and then abductors as you pull your knees to the ground. Keep Pressing On!
