Practical, simple, and fair. Our tax code shouldn’t be stuck in 1920.

Today’s Finance Committee meeting moved forward on the revenue & management ordinance. The final vote was 25–10, and I was one of the 10 “yes” votes.

That means exploring fairer revenue sources and continuing advance pension payments to protect our credit rating. Every point we save on borrowing protects taxpayers.
