One of Jack's defining characteristics is possessing long range moves. Some of those moves may have pushback on block, and some of those moves may be difficult to punish by certain Tekken cast members. While GH, f2 is punishable (-13 oB), the move is very linear, so instead of asking for a longer/better punish for Dragunov to match what other characters have to punish this move, learn how to deal with it in a different way. Block and take the small punishment, sidewalk and launch me. Or, just play the other character with the better punish if you're that concerned about punishing a single move. You can argue the same thing about characters that have a hop kick. It's -13 oB, yet the reward in landing it far outweighs the punishment. What does Jack get? 2,1 / 2,3 / 1,1 / df3+4, all of which don't do nearly as much dmg than a successful hop kick + combo. I would have to punish an unsuccessful hop kick 2-3 times to make up the dmg of 1 successful hop kick. There's a reason why some characters do better in certain matchups than others. Learn to compensate in other areas instead of asking for a change that clearly benefits your character over mine. As a long-term Jack main, I've had to deal with up's and down's of the character since Tekken 5. While I may quietly complain about certain aspects of the game or strengths of other characters over mine, I learn to adapt instead of asking for buffs/nerfs/patches. While I have no contractual obligations to play as Jack, I genuinely enjoy the character and will continue to play as the character, for better or for worse.

Does literally anybody else do that shit while playing professionally? It's funny for a moment but it's also lowkey disrespectful to the person you're going up against. Nothing about this game warrants all that. Imagine Knee or Arslan doing that. I know I'm gonna get roasted for this take because he's been doing that for years but every time I see that I'm like damn not cool.
