It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Coach John T. Gardner—a legend, mentor, and pillar of Avon Old Farms hockey. Gardner’s impact went far beyond the ice. He shaped young men, built character, and dedicated his life to our program and community. #SticksOutForJTG

Legendary Avon Old Farms Hockey Coach John Gardner has passed away at the age of 73. All time winningest Prep School. Over 800 wins. Coached Brian Leetch, Jonathan Quick, Cam Atkinson, Nick Bonino, Trevor Zegras and many more. He was 73 years old. 🙏🏻
