The JGR temporary restraining order that limits Chris Gabehart from performing similar duties at Spire as he did at JGR is extended through Tuesday. Was set to expire today but judge wanted time to weigh the info in the filings this week about him being at Bristol.

@bobpockrass Jgr needs to give it a rest!! He is allowed to attend races and listen to what is going on. Gibbs needs to go home and stay there. Chris is way more honest than gibbs.

Gabehart declaration filed today said his radios didn't have mics and he didn't do competition director role at Bristol. "I do not call races, serve as a crew chief, or make car-by-car Cup Series setup decisions, race engineering determinations, or Sunday race management calls."

JGR filed declaration from competition director Wally Brown. alleging Chris Gabehart being at Bristol, wearing radios & looking at data, that he "may be engaging in the kind of activities I would expect from someone performing Competition Director-related duties."
