In May 2023 I joined Donna and Jeff Heck, Co-Founders of @33Forever4 to announce federal funding secured for Dani’s Place—an incredible tribute to the life of Danielle “Dani” Leedy. 2 years later we gathered again during National Mental Health Month to announce that Dani’s Place will open next month.

On Wednesday, my 24-year-old nephew Dominic took his own life. He's struggled for nearly a decade with these demons and it has torn apart my twin sister's family. Dominic has five younger siblings and the family is understandably devastated.
