Always fun reading about the Big Pharma gravy train. Eli Lilly, the company that pioneered both 340B contract pharmacy restrictions and in-house pharmacy claims data reporting, saw its revenues jump 45% to $65.2 billion in 2025, enough to leapfrog six other drugmakers on the list. Net income in 2025 topped $20.6 billion. Johnson & Johnson, which tried to unilaterally impose a 340B rebate model, took in $94.2 billion and reported $26.8 billion in net earnings.
