Never booking tickets through a third party again,especially 365tickets, they get refunded from the company they bought the tickets from, and you get nothing.
@365Tickets So people who paid before are in loss of few hundreds pounds , how is that acceptable? People lost their jobs and you just keep people’s money !?! What an awful company , and terrible customer service , what a joke ! Refusing refunds in this worldwide problems we are all in
@365Tickets so I asked for refund in my Disneyland California tickets refund as won’t be able to go there before expire date since our holidays got cancelled,you are not helping with refunds or extensions,you are asking to go through insurance!
@alekbiskup Orders after 10th March weren’t processed. Therefore we were able to cancel and refund them or process the tickets when the customer requested.
@365Tickets So people spent loads of money and not able to get their money back , as due to pandemic cannot go ?!? You offer refunds to people who booked after 10th March means it was obvious there was a pandemic but to people who bought before and had no idea , cannot get refund?
@365Tickets how comes you offer refunds for whoever booked after 10th March , obviously these people knew they shouldn’t be booking, which some who booked in January to go April are not able to get refund, how awful and customer service is shocking, I want refund on the tickets !
