I've said similar. Even if it's just having a big fella or two to come in against those more physical sides. That one-sided loss to Newcastle last season really underlined the problem for me.

Perspective has been warped for a lot of people tbh. Particularly younger fans, imo.
When you've grown up watching a bunch of high profile players bang in 30+ year after year, it's easy to forget how insanely difficult that is.
Especially in a new team, league, and role.

while the ONS suggests there are over 1m "truly vacant" homes in Britain (see 3rd image for methodology)

It *looks* like they're addressing a problem, but they're not.
The issue is not that there aren't enough homes and we need to build more. There are enough empty homes to house every homeless person in Britain already

I trust Emery's vision. I trust the club to make the right moves. Just a bit nervous about the possible missteps, stakes feel a lot higher all of a sudden.

@lmechegaray My issue with McKennie (as someone who also follows Juve) is that I'm not convinced he can play the role Luiz does for Villa. Juve under Allegri were conservative & risk-averse. Villa under Emery are kinda the opposite
