[11/11] #SAKURA: posting a sakura edit a day until 03.19 | i’ve posted 11 edits in the past 11 days counting down to today, because today is special. this is my first sakura birthday!!!!^^ but it won’t be my last! bc even in 10 years, even if there’s no more kpop hyperfixation and no more le sserafim, i know i will always remember miyawaki sakura, because i think she’s the kind of person you carry with you no matter how much life changes, and no matter how many life chapters you flip through. im not really a writer, and i tend to write things like this very rarely, only when i feel something truly deserves to be said. today is one of those days. words, edits, posters or anything i manage to make couldn’t really fully describe how much love i feel, how proud i am, or how happy i am to have gotten to know someone like her. and to be able to be on this journey with her, and that i get to witness all forms of love that radiate off of her, the love she gives her fans, the unconditional love she shows her members, to her friends and family and everyone who surrounds her, the quiet devotion and dedication she has for her craft and all the hard work she puts into everything she does, no matter how big or small, will always have me in awe. after already achieving what many only dream of, she still chooses growth, every single day, and i can only dream of one day telling her how much i look up to her. when i heard you say that you didn’t think you were the type of idol to gain new fans anymore, i felt really really sad, regardless of the fact that i myself became a fan just 8 months ago, i felt sorry because you thought you couldn’t affect people that way anymore. in november of last year, i travelled for 20 hours and went to the other side of the world so i could come see you at tokyo dome, just 3 months after knowing you, because i had never been affected by a person like that before, and i reckon it will always be one of the happiest moments of my life. i hope you can continue to do what you love for as long as it brings you happiness, and more than anything, i hope this year brings you the same comfort and happiness you extend to others. i hope the days ahead are gentle to your loved ones, your members and especially you, that you are always surrounded by the warmth you offer the world, and that life meets you with softness wherever it can, and i hope you’re able to comfortably accept the love that is extended to you. being able to follow you for the past 8 months, and being able to go back years to watch you journey has been an incredible experience. thank u for being born and i love you.
