University in Banja Luka joined the Festival of Creativity in Banja Luka. Their workshop aimed to introduce high school students to the fascinating worlds of chemistry and mineral science and promote sustainable mining and chemical industries.

The RISBriefcase team from the University of Banja Luka, BiH, hosted an amazing, all-day workshop at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Banja Luka for over 100 enthusiastic pupils from Elementary School "Aleksa Šantić."

Together, we have created a wonderful Briefcase legacy, which has been and still will be fulfilling in something we believe in and cherish. It not only serves its purpose but also makes a difference in our perspective on mineral raw materials. Happy New Year and Thank you!

Amazing experience during the last week at MMH 2024 in Sevilla where FGP & Geólogos del Mundo hosted several workshops for schools and the general public. During these days, they've shared their passion for mining with in interactive workshops, using the briefcase tools.

The University of Banja Luka recently visited the Doboj City Gymnasium to present the fascinating “mineral magic” of their region, especially Ozren Mountain near Doboj, and across Bosnia. They also held a workshop where students explored minerals from all over BiH.

Project partner i-SeMe brought the workshop to life on a mountain Boč (SI) where pupils had a blast learning about minerals outdoors. They explore minerals' everyday uses and got hands-on testing mnerals' color, hardness, and magnetic properties.

Last weekend, #RISBRiefcase project partners Euromines and Masaryk University Brno, participated in a unique science event at the BVV - Trade Fairs Brno (Czech Republic), where thousands of visitors came to discover that science is far from boring!

Last week, we had the privilege of presenting the RISBriefcase and Briefcase Service at the Ecoschool Coordinators Conference in Slovenia. Since 2019, our collaboration with Ecoschool has been all about bringing valuable resources to classrooms.

Briefcase pupils from the "Đura Jakšić primary school" visited the "Bentoproduct" company Šipovo in Bosnia and Herzegovina with menthors from University of Banja Luka. Pupils wanted to learn more about bentonite clay, its exploitation in the mine and processed in the factory.
