I fully support athletes' right to complain about calls/results. I do not however support officials' right to alter results retroactively. Results are final. Look at the mess around appeals in gymnastics.

@choreosequence Shcherbakova and rusfed did this after coc 2019 and she never got called on her lutz again!

Unpopular opinion: skaters who think they got a wrong tech call should be allowed to make a protest, even if they have benefited from questionable judging and calls in the past. The more big name skaters/feds do this, the less risk for your unappreciated small fed favs.
