UTEP head coach Joe Golding: "We kept fighting and we didn't quit. We got in foul trouble and it screwed with our rotation. It's a tough time of year. We had a good week of basketball, we just didn't play good for 30 minutes." On the day of Jamal West Jr.: "Jamal West has been unbelievable for us all season. This day has been really difficult for Jamal." Golding said this is the one year anniversary of his dad's passing. Our thoughts with Jamal West Jr., who has been a bright spot for UTEP this season indeed.
