Tenants at Fulton 1st rallied against demo in 2019. It was the 1st plan on the table even tho buildings weren’t in disrepair. Now thanks to the ANTI-democratic strategy of the Chelsea Working Group, demo is back on the table. This sets a dangerous precedent! Time to show out!!
