Big day today !! 10 years ago i came off Job Seekers allowance to start Le Patissier supplying one coffee shop and a restaurant in Skerries. Now with 20 staff and placed a 250k order today to automate one of our lines with a view to exporting in early 2024..Dream Big / Work Hard
