Buyer BEWARE:MK Service NIGHTMARE! Had to file a complaint with the Attorney General against FOSSIL and Watch Station regarding a MK (Michael Kors) Smart watch gifted to me at Christmas. The item broke, sent 4 repair in May via signature mail, they accepted and it dissappeared!

@MichaelKors Someone at the MK Dallas Texas repair shop on Sanden Drive pocketed my property after it was signed for but nobody will help!

Question please for fans of the MK brand...have any of you ever sent jewelry (specifically watches) for repair @ their Dallas shop on Sanden Drive only to have the item lost afterward, even though it was signed for by an employee?
