@KPILLAR4 Had my rotator cuff and labrum fixed back in September. Took me almost 2 weeks to have a "normal" sleep. Hang in there, it gets better!

Update. Shoulder surgery is brutal. Not a ton of sleep so far but first day of PT in the books.
