Today we were joined by final year @UHertsNutrition students Sophie and Sabrina who are using their dietetic leadership placement to create a food hygiene & allergy aware resource for our leaders! @scouts @UniofHerts

Tonight we learnt about balanced diets! Our squirrel (@SimoneR_RD) is a dietitian, which we think is someone who buys cakes for camp - but really she just works for scouts 🤣 and they pay her in “food” #skillsforlife

Our amazing #CoronationChampionsAwards Holly with our Platinum Champion @SimoneR_RD! Holly is dedicated, innovative, enthusiastic- an amazing @scouts! She even gets 8 year olds to do physics for fun 🧐! She gives so much to the young people & inspires us all! @RoyalVolService

My @RoyalVolService #Platinumchampion award arrived and I got to show it off today @HertsScouts AGM! Feeling honoured that @3rdHatAirScouts nominated me & gobsmacked that I was selected for this honour! All I do is my best as a scout leader! @scouts #GoodforYou

We always knew our GSL & county trainer @SimoneR_RD was a champion - & we are thrilled that she has been named a #platinumchampionaward by @RoyalVolService! She gives every spare second to scouting, the young people & other volunteers! @UniofHerts @HPFT_NHS @BDA_Dietitians
