We don't need an all time high market cap to flip PEPE. If this was true PEPE would have a much higher price than $PENGU right now. PEPE has never even reached a penny. $PENGU all time High price is 0.07, something PEPE can only dream of right now. Market Cap is overrated. I wish people would stop thinking that is what it takes in order to reach a high price. $PENGU is already blowing PEPE out the water.
