My thesis is that web3 needs new role models and we need to drop this onchain nonsense because it is disrespectful to artists who are producing work FULLY ONCHAIN. We need to encourage people to use usdc or eth if we are to believe in the fantasy of decentralized finance.

in mexico city i walked into a random bar and there was a literal skate park INSIDE the building multiple bowls, 3-8ft drops. tables around the bowls and on the second floor where you can watch. some people come to drink, some people come to skate, some are doing both. i think about that bar a lot. so cool
