I believe that every single person found not guilty deserves to be financially compensated and their attorney fees reimbursed. Until the District Attorney starts facing consequences they won’t stop aggressively prosecuting and over charging people for crimes they didn’t commit.

The Allegheny County District Attorney spent THREE YEARS trying to convict a 15 year old of a crime someone else confessed to. Today a jury found him not guilty on all charges.
