@0xw2w @damian_89_ I had a link when sent on Instagram DM, & clicked, would crash the app, leaving user on android desktop w/ no error msg. Reported to Facebook/Instagram, they said they weren't going to pay anything & they weren't going to fix it! Didn't believe that. Sure enough they fixed it.

Same here. One of my reports was in the h1 review for 2 months, but it was fixed when they finally started reproduction. I received the following message: “Unfortunately, since this is no longer reproducible, then I will need to close the report” without compensation. There was another report in the review for 10 days, which was fixed without compensation, although I spent about 2 days exploiting and writing a POC code. The crit I sent 6 days ago is still in the new state, so it might also be handled this way. H1 definitely needs to speed up/optimize its triage process.

It takes H1 extremly long to triage reports... so long that companies fix it and then triagers cant reproduce it and want "more info"... highly recommended: take as much proof as possible that those issues really existed ;)

@0xw2w @damian_89_ Same here, the problem is i sent a poc video and triager is literally looks at me reproducing the attack on the video and still closed it as info 🥲

I didn't get a reply for so long (over 1 month!) I implemented fingerprinting and logging on my POC, was able to prove that they looked at it, and THEN patched, and that it WAS them who looked at it. Companies will patch before even replying, despite how jerkish that is.

@tomcat23ta If you press all the numbers on the dialpad repeatedly, telemarketers will sort you into a 'useless' file, and hopefully no longer call. Not answering at all is likely better, but not always possible.

So I asked the caller for a call back number so i can call when I have time. Caller said he would call back when it's a good time for me. I asked him, how will he know when I have time if I don't even know. He hung up.
