Yo, real talk—BITS never got hacked or exploited in the typical sense. What really messed us up was bad timing, bad luck, and some straight-up rookie mistakes—mostly from collabs we trusted that didn’t pan out, and yeah, one final fuck-up that sealed it. Here's the breakdown, no BS: We had a lot of fire ideas, man—TokoBlaster was just the start. It was sick. A token minter dapp with plans to burn supply, reward holders, and keep building real shit on ICP, ‘cause we believed—and still do—that this chain is the future. Then came our collab with EXE / Windoge98. Seemed solid at first. Great vision. But when EXE’s price tanked, it dragged us down too. Our pool was tied too deep, man. Still think EXE is a badass project, they were just fighting their own battles at the time. Then came the big L: BILL. Started off strong, crazy potential—but one damn vulnerability was all it took to collapse both BITS and EXE overnight. The exploit hit Mike hard, drained the pool, EXE dropped 90%, and we got obliterated alongside them. On top of that, freakin' bots were bleeding the pools dry. But we didn’t quit. We tried to help LAB after their ledger broke—no idea why it vanished, but it was toast. We used our launcher to get them back on track. That’s when the final nail hit. Plug Wallet was throwing errors left and right (yo, devs—never use that garbage, seriously). I got frustrated and added one of our wallets and LAB’s control wallet to get it working. Boom—someone starts minting and dumping. Now look, both sides say it wasn’t them. Maybe they got jacked, maybe not. Either way, we were left holding the wreckage. Lost the bags, lost the time, and got zero trust in return. But here's the thing: EXE’s still building. And we’re not done either. We took the hits, we’re licking the wounds, but we’re not out. We’ll be back—stronger, smarter, and with even sicker dapps. Our launcher still works. We just had to learn the hard way. Failure only wins if you quit. We ain’t quit.
