“They said that I can’t, but I know that I can.”
This is something you have to keep in mind if you want to achieve great things in life.
They said you can’t build a Web3 business? Show them.
They said you can’t be a Web3 creator? Show them.
Believing in yourself and having the right mindset is one of the most important things for growth.
December will be all about inspirational content like this, after a full month of covering @AbstractChain in november.

Countless of web3 projects have failed, not because of bad marketing… they fail because they skip the one thing that makes growth inevitable.
Let me tell you what I’ve discovered while studying projects lately:
Every week, I talk to founders who swear their problem is “more marketing,” “more KOLs,” “more budget,” or “more hype.”
But once you look under the hood, the real issue is always the same…
They have no clarity.
Clarity is the first growth engine in Web3, and it is the one most projects ignore.
And I get it.
I’ve watched new chains and tokens launch with insane hype, massive attention, and thousands rushing in on day one… only to completely flatline a week later.
Why?
Because users don’t respond to chaos. They respond to direction.
And direction starts with the four foundations most teams never build:
📍 Positioning
If users can’t describe your project in one sentence, you don’t have positioning. You have noise.
Positioning answers:
• What you do
• Who you serve
• Why anyone should care
• What makes you different
Without this, your narrative is just wishful thinking.
📍 Messaging
Messaging is the mirror that shows your users their own pain and your product as the solution.
Bad messaging pushes people away.
Good messaging makes them say, “Finally, someone gets it.”
Your X bio, pinned post, website, and community intro should all echo the same message.
If they don’t, growth leaks everywhere.
📍 Value Experience
In Web3, the product is only half the value.
The experience around it is the other half.
How fast users feel included, how easy onboarding feels, and how simple the next step is, that’s where trust compounds.
📍 Resonance
Attention is loud.
Resonance is sticky.
When your messaging, timing, market tension, and vibe align, users don’t just join… they stay, they advocate, they spread it.
Here’s the simple truth more founders need to understand:
Clarity → Positioning → Narrative → Community → Growth.
Skip one step and the whole thing collapses, no matter how much you spend.
But get it right, and even with tiny resources your growth starts compounding quietly in the background.
I’ve seen it happen.
Projects that launch with clarity don’t scream for attention. The market naturally gravitates toward them.
And that’s the part most people will never tell you:
Growth doesn’t start when you post.
Growth starts when you know exactly who you are.

Losh! I’ve been through exactly this, seriously just search up these exact words “narcissist favourite person”
My mind was blown when I found out about this, I think yours will be too.
Be safe dude, and there’s always to get rid of him, unfortunately you’ll have to cut ties with the group for a while tho
English

alright i got a question:
i got a “friend” (honestly don’t even count him as a friend for various reasons anymore) that constantly sends me dms even though it is clear that i don’t wanna talk to him
we’ve known each other irl for quite a bit, maybe hanged out idk 5-6 times, went to the gym twice etc… this dude clearly does not know how to talk about anything except himself
every time we hang out he talks about himself how he is the best how he is this and that, quite annoying and i wanted to cut ties with him for a long time already
it’s been almost an year of me NOT responding to any of his dms yet he still asks me constantly about stuff and dms all the time, idk how to tell him “yo bro i don’t wanna hang out” without him afterwards coming straight up to my home to try to make up with me etc etc
basically he doesn’t know what annoying or NO means so im kinda in a situation where idk what exactly to tell the dude to leave me alone forever in the most positive way possible to not have to fight after that
any ideas?
