@snowkkiyo I went from my lw to my hw bc i developed bed after being in hospital, it took like 10 months of binging and depression to relapse im now nearly back my lw, honestly it’s just your brain fighting restriction, only thing is discipline but also the obvious, recovery

so afraid that i'm developing a binge eating disorder... how do i fix this before it gets bad please
