Today is #RestartAHeart Day and at 446, we do vital CPR training as part of the Blue Heartstart Badge. We spend an evening every six months doing this training, this gives them the knowledge & confidence to deal with first aid situations they may find themselves in

Tonight we're working on the Presentation Skills Module. Cadets delivered a short story to the rest of the group as part of the course. Building their confidence in front of an audience.

We were joined on the range at @RAFLossiemouth last weekend by 423 (Elgin) Squadron. With Cadets working towards CLF1 and CLF2 on the L144 rifle, we were delighted to award 13 Bronze Trained Shot badges on Saturday, planning for a CLF3 day is underway! @ScotSATT

@ScotSATT Always aim high (so to speak 😂) we have some very experienced range staff this weekend so it is entirely possible. Cadets were keen beans tonight, never seen so much concentration!
