The run that relegated us 5 points lost to late goals conceded in those games alone

A six-point gap opens up between @NFFC and the bottom three 📊👏

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: West Ham United want Nuno Espírito Santo to carry on as their head coach even if they are relegated from the Premier League @JBurtTelegraph has the full story ⤵️ telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

Q: How many of our players do you actually have an emotional connection to?

Fuck it go get 46 wins from 46 next season 👍

Why we should do EVERYTHING in our power to keep Nuno if we go down. We're talking about a guy who signed RUBEN NEVES for a mid table championship club, won the league with 99 points in his first season then finished 7th in the Prem in his 2nd season and 3rd season with 57 and 59 points respectively. Kept an abysmal Forest team up, signed Elliott Anderson, Milenkovic and others as a bottom end Prem side then finished 7th with 65 points. He then came into a West Ham team that had 5 losses in 6, brought in Disasi who revolutionised our defense, brought in 2 hard working strikers and then proceeded to get 22 points in 14 as well as winning 3 FA Cup games to take us to the Quarter Finals where we narrowly lost on pens after our only senior keeper got injured before the shootout. He did this all without his own coaching team and a completely unfit squad and terrible depth. Not to mention the players adore him and he'd increase our odds at keeping hold of some of them. And when we do go up we've got one of the best in the business at keeping poor teams up and thriving. We need to back him with the staff he wants, get him someone in the recruitment team to work closely alongside and we'll reap the benefits. Focus on bringing in hard workers who are good enough to do well in the championship and at least be good squad options in the Prem. Best manager we've had since Moyes and the best we can get in our situation, really really hope he sticks with us and urges some of the players to remain patient. Obviously players like Fernandes will be off which sucks but he'll work around it. His transfer record as a bottom end top division side/2nd division side is very good too with players like Neto, Jota, Raul Jiminez, Kilman and Patricio for Wolves alongside the names I've already mentioned. We can try to use his Mendes link well.
