@richardscottpty @DoZay1 @crazyclipsonly The money now becomes a matter of "hearsay" (technically).The boookie can request the money, once a certian amount of time has elapsed. The funds would essentially become "unclaimed" funds, if bookie does not collect them.

@psy_rus @DoZay1 @crazyclipsonly Its ONLY illegal at collection time. He MUST use his "bookie" to ask/recieve the money. He tried to go around his bookie. Likely becasue hi bookie was going to take a fee and he did not want to pay that percentage. Now he will get NOTHING!

The sports book CAN accept the bet placed (a bank will NEVER not acept money). When the money tries to be moved out, that is when there is s problem!
