@ohhevans This! I also think Peter clings to/worships James more bc he knows he is more benevolent than Sirius. Even if Peter got his feelings hurt by Sirius I don’t think he would try to show it intentionally or retaliate bc he knows he can’t win against him.

oh i think about this a lot. i think sirius is the one who scares peter the most. sirius is hard to read for everyone but james, and so he’s the one friend with whom peter always feels he doesn’t Quite know if he’s on good footing. he also knows sirius and james are brothers

@wotterism I do think ppl have valid reasons for hating him, but I feel like compared to other characters, his childhood and teenage years are rarely discussed, especially considering how much information the books give us about them.
