Furthermore, even GMMTV has acknowledged that the violent party was at fault. The company issued an official statement clarifying that the perpetrator was not an official member of their staff to distance themselves from the incident. You alone still choose to side with the person who committed the violence. You represent an abnormal minority, so your approval means nothing to me.

This young lady did nothing wrong and was wrongly accused. She had evidence to prove her innocence, yet the staff refused to check it out simply out of discriminatory bias against her. Compared to the aggressive staff, the girl was far more willing to resolve the matter peacefully. She traveled thousands of miles to a foreign country just to meet her idols, and such a violent incident was definitely not what she expected.

First off, I fully agree that people should follow instructions if staff maintain a reasonable attitude, there is no dispute over the incident, and rules are clearly stated. This case is the complete opposite. Photographic evidence from Chinese eyewitnesses on site proves the young woman had already queued up. In fact, a Thai fan likely cut in line and took her spot. Since the dispute existed, staff should have verified facts, mediated and resolved the conflict properly. Instead, they only removed the Chinese girl while leaving the Thai person accused of line-jumping untouched. Was this simply because of the language barrier? She traveled a long way as a fan—why should she obey such an unfair order?
