@Jakieypea long as it’s 0 carb and sub 10-15 cals pmuch. carbs r the main energy source so dont give ur body any type of carb cuz it’ll burn that instead of fat

i feel so fake all the time man. it’s a constant flux between restricting and binging I don’t even have a name for whatever eating disorder I have. I was carefree with eating for a year, relapsed hard when the wrong thing was said to me. Restrict and then binge the same night idk
