The TUC is anonymously surveying workers that have experienced abuse and violence at work in the last 12 months. @MidwivesRCM Looking at some pay info recently and the difference in pay between band 2 and band 3 on Sundays is 10p per hour ....these disparities in certain bands needs addressing urgently as well as headline pay
