There are so many great No & Low alcohol choices out there nowadays - one of our favs is Shipyard Low tide. Will you consider #SoberSpring and enjoy a 3 Month Sabbatical off boozing.

Read a bio of one of our network. Understand how patterns are identified and alcohol issues can escalate.

@tessthebutler @MilitaryBanter @thepagey @82Paulhine @AlcoholChangeUK Tess these are great ideas, thank you. A little investment could go a long way. I will save your ideas and look at ways I can use them.

@4Alpha1 @MilitaryBanter @thepagey @82Paulhine @AlcoholChangeUK This might sound counter-intuitive, but beer mats printed for the mess? Stickers for bottles sold on camp or neighbouring Co-ops etc?
All with phone numbers as well as social media printed on?
Small business cards left in the mess/kitchen areas/common areas?
English

Help Needed: How do I promote our message to those who could do with access to the @4Alpha1 network?
Ideas on the back of fag packet please.

Many of us drink too much without realising it. This could be having a big effect on us both now and in the future; alcohol overuse is linked to mental health problems, liver disease, seven forms of cancer and more. Is your drinking healthy? alcoholchange.org.uk/alcohol-facts/…

@AlcoholChangeUK Many of the effects alcohol are unseen. It can also damage relationships with family and friends.

Here at @4Alpha1 we aren't concerned with being sober but rather helping to change relationships with alcohol. Here is a good article I read earlier this month. @MilitaryBanter

@4Alpha1 I checked my emails a lot. Sent quite a few emails to my boss and my bosses boss. On one of the days I heard a rumour that my boss was in work so I went in just in case. Turns out it was just the cleaner taking the piss out of me. What does she know though, she’s not WTE.

@Tinman07382139 @thepagey Seems like you managed to get a lot done over the leave period. Hopefully that knee will get squared away soon.

@PhilomathyMan Looks awesome. Seeing a bit of blue space is always good for the soul.

If you’ve ever tried going alcohol-free, whether for a day, a month, or more, you’ve probably experienced ‘sober shaming’ – being made to feel uncomfortable for not drinking. Read about sober shaming, why it matters, and how you can help #StopSoberShaming: alcoholchange.org.uk/get-involved/c…

Anyone else tracking @Alkoholfreiday for a non-alcoholic beer competition each week??
