i skipped my college graduation & now i have another one coming up & i want to skip that too. the concept of celebrating myself is just so foreign to me when all of my accomplishments have been minimized. it genuinely feels wrong to have something to be proud of.

i didn’t bother inviting anyone & my cohorts were talking about how they had to request 16+ tickets. realizing it’s normal and safe to feel happy every step of the way bc it’s all just as important as the end result. i feel like i’ve been holding my breath just waiting for it.
