@upahami Sleeping is what I worried about most since I used to sleep on my side or stomach. Sleeping on my back on a wedge with a sling on my arm has taken a little getting used to but not as much as I thought. Thanks!

I take my arm out the sling when I do a physical therapy exercise called table slides but other than that if I’m up moving around or sleeping my arms the sling. Can’t wait to do sink squats again. #agingshouldntsuck #afriendlynudge #sinksquats

I talked yesterday about the necessity of strong glutes and the fact that lots of sitting isn’t doing us any favors when it comes to glute strength. I’d shoot for a couple of sets of 10. But don’t worry if 5 is all you have, start there and increase as you get stronger.
