When Job hit rock bottom and felt like nothing would ever get better, God promised in Job 8:21, “I will fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.” That same promise is for you. Joy is on the way. Breakthroughs, healing, and new opportunities are coming. God is about to do something so incredible and unexpected that you’ll overflow with gratitude and laughter. The heavy days won’t last; your sorrow will turn to joy, and your mourning into dancing.

Do the hood grannies still run in home daycares? Because baby… they used to be EVERYTHING. Them babies was fed, potty trained, knew their ABCs, and got fussed at just enough to stay in line. They might’ve had a little cereal in their bottle, watched Maury all day, and about 12 kids in a two bedroom, but they were loved, safe, and somebody was watching them like a hawk. And it was AFFORDABLE! We lost the recipe when Ms Linda stopped keeping kids.

In passages like Psalm 73 and Jeremiah 12, people question God honestly and feel discouraged by this apparent injustice. The turning point is realizing that this success is temporary, while faithfulness has lasting, eternal value. Jesus reinforces this in Matthew 5 by redefining “blessing” beyond immediate, visible outcomes. what you see now isn’t the full picture..justice and meaning unfold over a longer timeline. 🙏🏿
