@kbxbes We're sorry that you're having trouble. This is unusual; however, your bassinet was made over 4.5 years ago. It’s difficult to say what condition it was in when you received it, and impossible to know if it had sustained damage by another owner if it was not new when you got it.

@4moms I have a 4moms swing and it keeps stopping. I made sure the baby is placed in the right position, moved an obstructions and the grey latch is closed. I looked up on Google if I need to take it apart but it said no b/c the warranty will be voided. Can you help with this?
