• Making upsell attribution fairer. A weekend incident surfaced inflated bonus accruals; we narrowed the validation window and are adding a validator that links an agent’s utterance to the actual receipt.

• Rebuilding alerting: deduplicating events, adding priorities and routing to cut noise and speed up response. • This sprint: improved script analysis, stop‑lists, and manager‑facing comments.
